November 19, 2021 - January 9, 2022
Grab your favorite pair of warm and fuzzy socks because winter has arrived in Pasadena.
From November 19 through January 9, Kidspace will transform into a land of wonder and delight during the first annual Winter Frolic. The inspiration behind this seven-week celebration was to design a joyful space for children to explore, play, and create while sharing the magic of the season with their families – and maybe meet some new furry forest friends.
The Winter Frolic offers a flurry of experiences and programs:
- Got socks? Grab your favorite socks and head out to our no-ice Sock Skating Rink. Sock skating is the ideal environment for beginning skaters who want to slide, spin, and experience this winter tradition. Tickets for the Sock Skating Rink are available for all ages for an additional $5 fee. To keep skaters safe, capacity will be limited.
- Imagination on Ice! Your little one can go “ice fishing” in the Flood & Erosion Plain or build a fantastical winter sculpture using special “ice blocks.” What makes them so special? They look just like large blocks of ice, but they won’t melt under the California sun (or give you frostbite).
- Snowflakes as Unique as Your Child. Children can decorate their very own snowflake at the Kidspace Winter Craft Station. A hand-made holiday memory that will be cherished for years to come, free of charge with admission.
And this is just the tip of the Winter Frolic iceberg. This holiday season bring the family together at the Kidspace Winter Frolic and fulfill everyone’s holiday wishes – unforgettable moments that will sparkle for a lifetime.Buy Tickets
All winter-themed activities are included in general admission of $14.95 per person over the age of 1, except for the Sock Skating Rink which is an optional additional $5 per person.
