How much is Group Admission?
Group admission is $14 per person. To secure your visit, full payment is required at least two weeks in advance. Please note that your visit is not confirmed until payment has been processed.
What qualifies as a Group visit?
A group visit includes 10 or more tickets.
Do I need to schedule a Group visit, or can we just show up?
All group visits must reserve tickets in advance. We are unable to accommodate same-day or unscheduled group visits. Scheduling ahead helps us ensure your group has a safe, fun, and well-supported experience.
How do I sign up for a Group visit?
Simply complete the Group Visit Request form to request your visit. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response. Visits are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit only one form per request. Submitting duplicates may delay processing.
Our school is Title I. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, chaperones accompanying Title I school groups receive free admission.
How do I make a payment for our Group visit?
Once your group’s information has been confirmed, we’ll send an invoice via email with a secure link to process your payment online. For your security, we’re unable to accept payments over the phone.
Can I pay on the day of our visit?
Full payment is required two weeks before your visit date so we can confirm your reservation and make your visit seamless.
What forms of payment does Kidspace accept?
Kidspace accepts all major credit cards and checks. Payments must be received two weeks before your visit to allow for processing. We’re unable to accept late payments. Please plan ahead to avoid any delays.
How far in advance can I schedule my Group visit?
We recommend completing the Group Visit Request form as soon as possible! Group visits are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we receive your completed form, our team will reach out closer to your preferred date to confirm availability.
How many chaperones can we bring?
To help every child have a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask for one adult for every five children. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Our exhibits and programs are designed to spark curiosity and connection between adults and children, making every visit both educational and fun!
What if I need to change the number of tickets for my Group visit?
Your final headcount is required at the time of booking. If your numbers change, please let us know at least two weeks in advance. After that time, any additional guests will be charged our regular admission rate of $15.50 per person.
Can additional chaperones join after our group has already checked in?
To keep check-in quick and easy, please have your entire group arrive together. All adults must have prior approval from the school to enter with the group.
Can I get a refund or reschedule tickets for guests who are unable to attend?
Kidspace is unable to offer refunds, credits, or adjustments for guests who can’t attend after booking.
How does my Group check in?
Please have your full group gather outside the museum at Admissions. A Kidspace staff member will scan your group ticket and give a brief orientation. After reviewing important details and safety reminders, our staff will walk your group into the museum to begin your visit.
What happens if my Group is running late?
We understand things happen! Please do your best to arrive at your scheduled time. If your group is delayed, give us a call at (626) 449-9144 so we can assist you as best we can.
May I purchase seasonal activity tickets upon arrival?
Seasonal activities must be arranged prior to your visit. Some activations may require guardian consent and may include an additional fee. Please note that Kidspace is a cashless facility.
Need to book lunches?
Bean Sprouts Café offers Field Trip Lunch menu. Group-friendly lunch options that can be planned and pre-ordered in advance. It is a fun, easy way to keep your little learners fueled for the day.
Where can we eat lunch?
We encourage large groups to enjoy lunch outdoors in the nearby park, which has plenty of benches and tables for 50–60 people. You’re also welcome to bring your own lunches, snacks, and water. There are refill stations available throughout the museum for reusable bottles.
What happens if it rains?
Kidspace is open, rain or shine. We encourage your group to bring umbrellas, raincoats and rain boots for extra splashing. While we’re unable to offer refunds for weather, in special circumstances we may be able to reschedule your visit (subject to availability) once payment has been received.
