Performance on the Frog: Rhythm Child, Sunday, November 3, 4:00pm:

Drum up your inner percussionist with Rhythm Child.

 

Free Family Night, Tuesday, November 5, 4:00-8:00pm:

Book it here in November for literature and storytelling. Enjoy a 6:00pm performance. Admission to the museum is free during these hours only.

 

Homeschool Day: Transformations in Art, Wednesday, November 13, 1:00-1:30pm:

Use your special Homeschool Day passport to engage in different art activities all over the museum to earn stamps and an exclusive Kidspace Homeschool Day pin. Take a closer look at transformations in art, learn how different cultures around the world use masks to turn into different characters and use movement to tell a story. Program fee is $15, which includes admission for one student and one adult into the museum for the whole day and the program at 1:00pm.

 

First Responders Weekend, Saturday & Sunday, November 16 & 17, 11:00am-4:00pm:

Kidspace celebrates and appreciates first responders with special guests and opportunities to learn more about who first responders are and what they do. First responders with a business card or employee ID will receive a $4 discount on museum admission for up to 4 guests and can receive 15% off a museum membership.

 

Girl Scouts Badge Night: Mechanical Engineering, Daisy – Model Car: Friday, November 8, Brownie – Fling Flyer: Friday, November 15, Junior - Crane: Friday, December 6, 6:00-8:00pm:

Discover how engineers brainstorm, build models, and test their ideas when building. Scouts will build and test their own models in different terrain and learn how the friction of different surfaces affect the speed and use of their model. Each scout will be able to take home their own model they build! Upon completion of the event each participating scout will earn and receive their Mechanical Engineering Badge. Fee is $25 per scout.

Dinner Add-on: 5:15pm-6:00pm: Enjoy dinner and meet girls form other scout troops before your badge event! Bean Sprouts will cater a dinner of pizza, salad, appetizers/snack and drinks. There will even be a dessert table! Must register for the dinner option by at least 4 business day prior to the event day. Fee is $13.00 per person.

 

Baby & Me Infant, English:

Thursday, November 21, Spanish: Friday, November 22, 9:30-10:30am: Through active, hands-on play learn how to provide infants with the tools to develop social, language, cognitive, and motor skills! For Spanish classes, both Spanish speakers and second language learners welcome! For children 6 weeks to 11 months. Fee is $30 per child and adult pair. Register online at kidspacemuseum.org.

 

Kidspace Children's Museum is located at 480 N. Arroyo Blvd., in Brookside Park, Pasadena, CA on 3.5 acres of both indoor and outdoor, interactive environments. The museum features over 40 hands-on exhibits with daily programs and monthly events for children ages 1 to 10. The mission of Kidspace is to nurture the potential of all children through kid-driven experiences, inspiring them to become joyful, active learners. Admission is $14 for adults and children.
