Super Simple Slime

Messy? Check. Easy? Check. Slimy? CHECK! This super simple slime recipe is easy, fun, and made using common ingredients found in the kitchen. And, since it’s made with soap and corn starch it’s not only easy to make, but also easy to clean up.

 

Supplies:

  • Bowl
  • Corn Starch
  • Dish soap
  • Food coloring
  • Water
  • ½ measuring cup 
  • 1 measuring cup

Bio:

LaQuan Hayes, Floor Programs Supervisor, joined the Kidspace team as a Rose Program Kid in the summer of 2008. After the summer, he was brought on as an Educator, where he facilitated birthdays and discoveries at the museum. His favorite part of the job is being able to see families grow with the museum. His favorite area is Imagination Workshop.

Window Art

 

Make your own colorful window art.

 

Here's what you'll need:

1. Tissue Paper

2. Scissors

3. Damp Cloth

 

Cut shapes out of tissue paper, use a damp towel on a window, and add shapes. Wipe again with towel to clean off. Use your imagination  to create different scenes.
